The ultimate guide to Rhinoplasty in Pattaya
Why Should I Consider Rhinoplasty in Pattaya?
Think about what one should value most when traveling abroad for a medical procedure: quality of care, cost and destination probably top that list. Thailand’s thriving medical tourism sector ticks all of those boxes and more, offering international patients hundreds of superb options for both major and minor surgeries. Over the past two decades, the nation has focused its efforts on building state-of-the-art facilities, with care and services that rival or surpass those you can find at home. Thailand is now one of the world's most traveled, reliable medical tourism destinations, welcoming more than two million patients for all manner of medical, dental and health treatments. Cosmetic surgery procedures top the list.
You'll also find surgeons to be highly-skilled with memberships of international professional organizations, such as the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Combine a trip to Pattaya with your medical procedure, and you can realise savings of 50%-70%. Your recovery can turn into a more laid-back vacation, too, with a wealth of more low-key activities available, even if it is just lying in the shade by the pool after your treatment!
What Is the Cost of a Nose Job in Pattaya?
While prices vary depending upon your exact service and where you get it done, savings of 50-80% can be found at our partner clinics in Pattaya. For instance, in Australia, rhinoplasty can cost between AUD $8,000 - $20,000 while in Pattaya you can expect to pay under AUD $4,000.
Please note: These are approximate prices based on global averages at the time of writing. To see updated prices, as well as clinic photos, surgeon profiles, patient reviews and other information, take a look at the excellent Apex Profound Beauty Clinic (Pattaya) for nose job surgery.
How Long Will I Be in Surgery and What Is the Recovery Like?
Once anesthesia or sedation has been administered, nose job procedures can be carried out in about two hours.
Recovery From Rhinoplasty:
- Make sure you have a ride home from the procedure and take it easy until the anesthesia wears off.
- You’ll wear a nasal splint for around one week following surgery.
- Bruising will decrease over the next three days. In two weeks, you may find that only you and your surgeon will notice the swelling.
- You will be asked to avoid strenuous exercise/activity for three to four weeks after surgery.
- Any remaining minor swelling, which may last about six months, should only be noticeable by you and your surgeon. Hold off on worrying about the final shape of your nose, until it has healed completely.
